“At Carnforth Christ Church, we believe that God is with us as our guide; ‘we know it by the Spirit He gave us’ (1 John 3:24) and ‘the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control, against such things there is no law.’ (Galatians 5: 22-23) We live by the Spirit, for the Spirit and with the Spirit – this is our central ethos.
At Christ Church, our core values are The Fruit of the Spirit, which are spoken about by Paul, in his letter to the Galatians. (Galatians 5:22-23)
We recognise and encourage our children to ‘live fruitfully’ by showing the values of Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control. These values are central to school life and we recognise and celebrate children who show these key values.
