Pupil Voice

At Carnforth Christ Church we value the importance of pupils’ opinions and want to allow the children the opportunity to lead their peers and allow the school to develop.

Children from Year 5 and 6 undertake the roles of House Captain and are elected by other members of their house.
This year, the elected House Captains are as follows:

Alban:  Nate and Maya

Bede:  Evie and Tyler

Dunstan:  India and Teagan

At Carnforth Christ Church we have an active School Council, made up of twelve children from Year 1 up to Year 6, elected by the pupils. These children work on behalf of their peers to help voice the views of the children and contribute to the continual improvements of our wonderful school. The School Council hold regular meetings throughout the school year where they discuss matters brought forward by the children.
