Welcome to Carnforth Christ Church C.E. Primary School
It is a joy and a privilege to welcome you to Carnforth Christ Church C.E. Primary School. Nestled in the historic town of Carnforth, we are a small but flourishing school family, rooted in Christian faith and service.
With 113 children across five classes, we value and cherish every child as a unique creation of God. Our vision, “Love, Learn, Laugh and Grow – Fruitfully,” guides everything we do, and our school values are drawn from the Fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23). These values are not simply words for us—they shape how we live, learn and grow together each day.
Our curriculum is broad, inspiring and grounded in our local context. We draw deeply on the rich history of Carnforth and explore how different periods have shaped our town and its people. By connecting the past to the present, we encourage our children to see the world with curiosity, wisdom and thankfulness.
We are committed to nurture, inclusivity and care for every child, following Jesus’ example of welcoming and valuing all. We strive to offer a loving, supportive environment where each child can grow academically, spiritually and emotionally, knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Our strong partnership with Carnforth Christ Church enriches our worship, our shared identity and our mission. Through prayer, reflection and collective worship, we seek to walk in faith together and let our light shine before others.
Whether you are part of our school family already or exploring what we offer, we hope this website gives you a glimpse of the life and joy of our community. You would be very welcome to visit us—we would be delighted to greet you in person.
